Laura Tzigiannis completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems at HTWG in Konstanz in 2021. In 2024, she achieved her master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on IT Security at RWU in Weingarten. In her master’s thesis, she explored IT-Forensics of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

Since 2025, she has been working towards her PhD at the Vision and Future Laboratory (IES). In collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Optronics, System Technologies, and Image Exploitation (IOSB), she researches in the field of cybersecurity for Industry 4.0.
